Hazelwood House was built in 1722 by the Wynne family. A factory was first built in the grounds in 1969. The South Korean company Saehan Media took over the site in 1989 and they manufactured VHS tapes until they closed in 2006. At the front of the house you wouldn’t think that there is a factory essentially in the back garden. There is something very eerie with the beautiful Georgian house crumbling away right next to a now crumbling modern factory.
